Description:

This course is for new manufacturing supervisors or newly hired/ promoted from within a company supervisors that have not had basic manufacturing supervision/management skills. This course will allow students to avoid failure within their new role, commonly due to not having proper work experience or skills that would allow them to succeed. This course will provide students with basic concepts of manufacturing management, an understanding of the terminology of Lean Manufacturing practices, how to conduct meetings effectively, how to handle employee relationship concerns, how to train co-workers for optimum output, and how to improve efficiencies and output. Delivered onsite, mix of hands on and discussion for supervisory level employees. |
