Learning objectives: Help students learn how to create systems that drive their business. They Learn how to create a Vision and Mission for the company, how too create a culture statement, how to create goals that are SMART Goals, how to create position contracts, how to create KPI's for each of the industry sectors: Sales, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service by developing a form of feedback. Students learn how to create management systems that include reviewing and coaching and shadowing techniques. Training is in-person at company location.
