Description:

This is a beginner-level course for structural or bridge engineers who are interested in 3D modeling for bridge design. Class can be held virtually or in person. *Travel may require additional fee not reimbursed by the training grant. This course will include the essentials learning of four Autodesk programs including InfraWorks, Inventor, Civil 3D, and Revit and how they collaborate to create a bridge model. After completing this course, students will be able to create preliminary roadway and bridge designs in InfraWorks, create custom components in Inventor for the bridge models, overview of Civil 3D and corridor modeling, collaboration of Civil 3D/Revit with InfraWorks, reinforcement within Revit, and creating documentation. |
