In this live zoom video conference students will learn recent judicial decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeal, United States Tax Court (regular, memorandum, and summary opinions), United States Court of Federal Claims, and United States District Courts; and recent administrative pronouncements such as final, temporary, and proposed regulations, revenue rulings. After completing this program, participants will be able to identify and resolve issues with the preparation of tax returns and accounting issues.
