If set up for success, foodservice business managers can unlock capacity at all levels of the organization, freeing up owners time and energy. But when managers don't have the right job descriptions, tools, and training, they can actually make things worse in the business. In this session, the Prepshift team will review how to: craft management structures and job descriptions, build and communicate an organizational chart, and implement communication and feedback systems to continually refine management structure and performance. Participants will leave with drafts of job descriptions and org charts, plus action plans on how to implement. This course is suitable for W-2 owners and upper management and is offered virtually or in-person. |
