This program provides participants with the know-how to set better goals so they can get more done with less effort and have a bigger positive impact on their own and others’ success. Attendees will learn best practices for goal-setting, strategies for clarifying SMART goals, and ways to achieve better outcomes through follow-up. The program format includes a combination of lectures, small-group and whole-group discussions, practice opportunities, polls, and time for self-reflection. The program is led live by an instructor and delivered virtually on our professional Zoom platform or in-person at a client site.
