Training will be provided in person and virtual. This workplace ELL training will support workers engagement and involvement in other process improvement quality, technical and foundation skills training. Students will learn vocabulary and expectations of common interactions with customers. The group will practice customer conversations through role playing. The Workplace ELL instructor will work closely with the managers and supervisors to tailor the curriculum to meet company business goals, focusing on work terminology, concepts of customer service, quality and waste reduction.
