This is an advanced SMART Conversations course for senior leaders who have completed a regular SMART Conversations training session. It will help managers to focus on specific SMART Conversations concepts to improve their teams performance. It will help senior leaders to think about how to embed the SMART Conversation principles into the teams and departments across the organization. Students will learn either in-person or virtual per client preferences. The learning methods include: 1) presentations, and 2) group inter-active and experiential conversations. Action learning reinforcement applications are assigned and completed following the training. |
