In this course, participants will learn to identify common negotiating patterns. Then, participants will learn a framework they can use to measure success and set goals for a negotiation. Participants will apply that same framework to prepare in a systematic way for a negotiation.
This training will leave participants with a better understanding of how to tackle negotiations at work around timelines, budgets, roles, and scopes of responsibilities. It will also help participants approach negotiations at home with partners, kids, and friends. Everyone can benefit from these important tools.
This course is taught through a combination of lectures, interactive exercises, and discussion. It is available either virtually or in-person.
